When Love and Hatred Had Gone

I remembered the time when I was kidnapped on my way to a prenatal checkup. I was seven months pregnant and the kidnappers asked my husband to bring money for ransom. Otherwise, they would cut open my belly.

My husband was anxious to raise money, but he was late. I was forced to have an abortion. I was abused and humiliated till my face was crumbled.

When I hardly came up to my consciousness, I saw George Wimsley held me tight as I was pale as a sheet. He was so guilty and cried, vowing to fix my face.

Until the day I finally removed the gauze in my face, I heard George, my husband talking to his friend. "What? You even gave up your own child to make your wife look like your stepsister? Jane has been insulted so badly and now you want her face just like Sophia. Are you crazy?"

"I’ve promised Sophia that I would always make her the most beautiful woman. This is the way to keep her young forever. I have no choice. I need the child to make the beauty oil. Even if the child is born, I would still be willing to kill her for Sophia!" George said it unexpectedly.

"As for Jane... it was those kidnappers’ fault. She only needs to do one thing after all, getting pregnant and giving me the liquids from her child’s skin for me. She’s already dirty anyways. The only way to keep her in her place is by turning her into Sophia."

I was suddenly shocked. It turned out that the beautiful and happy marriage I thought was just a lie woven by the devil. My child was a tool for him to help his mistress stay young forever. If so, then I would gladly help them.

Behind the door, George’s friend, William Ford, showed his pity and said, “There are so many women who have induced abortions in the hospital every day. With your wealth and power, you don’t need to worry to search for those babies’ liquid skin. Why do you have to torture Jane? The baby in her belly is your own flesh and blood.”

George sighed heavily, “I love Sophia, but I couldn’t marry her because of the secular perspective. Even she’s now someone else’s wife, I want to make her happy for the rest of her life. Jane is just a substitute and the evil seed in her belly is not worth mentioning. Just hurry up and let’s get it done. We can use it to adjust Jane’s face later.”

William widened his eyes in shock, “In order to satisfy your own desires, you secretly want to make Jane look like Sophia. She suffered a lot. Why do you still use electric shock on her after committing so many crimes? Isn't it too much?"

George laughed at himself, "You’re right. I’m too much, but I just want her to be like Sophia in every frown and smile. Only in this way can I slightly make up for the regret that I can't marry Sophia. Jane will always be just a substitute."

All of a sudden, his phone rang and George casually pressed the hands-free key. The obscene and vulgar voice of the man poured into my ears, "Mr. Wimsley, I said that I didn’t want the money, then why did you still ask for five million? You make the kidnappers had a lot of fun. Are you satisfied with it?"

"Well done, the five million is a reward for you. I will consider long-term job with you. Next time, don't touch Jane's face. Just cut her body, so that I can make her body into Sophia's proportions."

William looked at him like a madman and shook his head helplessly. He was totally lost of words. He stopped by and stood outside the door.

William was looking at me in pity and finally left. My tears couldn’t help to slid down and drown in the gauze on my face. It turned out that the kidnapping was not an accident, but a hell that my husband had carefully woven for me for his desires and the person he loved.

Even the child in my belly was just a tool used by his father to help his beloved stay young forever.
