My eyes were wounded while trying to save Sarah Trayes and I became blind. Since then, she swore to heaven that she would be my eyes for the rest of her life and would never leave me.
I hardly pushed myself and intensively took the doctor's treatment. On the day my eyes recovered, I ran home happily to tell Sarah the good news. Yet, I saw her and her male secretary lying on my bed, kissing passionately and making love.
Sarah was so passionate that she panted and called him by his name. "Sarah, why don't you divorce that blind man? I am the one who understands and loves you the most," the man said.
She was out of her breath and answered, "Wait a little longer. I need time."
In that night, snow poured heavily and I walked out of my house in a tinny t-shirt. I frustratedly booked a plane ticket to Alreighton and let her never see me again. It might look like he was running away, but it might be the best thing he could do to protect his heart.

Chester found himself a little bit calmed down after getting out in lost for a while. He decided to get back home, thinking that Sarah and the man had left the house. Unluckily, he caught them cuddling and kissing in the living room and the air was filled with the smell of lust.
Sarah looked at me with shameless eyes and the next moment she bit her lower lip to prevent herself from making any sound. In the meantime, Henry deliberately played tricks and hit her hard.
"Don't worry, babe. Your husband is blind. He can't see us," Jack whispered her and turned to look at me contemptuously.
Sarah reached out and pinched him, "Don't be silly. He’s not deaf anyway!"
Jack was laughed silently, "I know, but I think it’s so fun!"
"He’s just a disable husband who has no idea how perfectly his wife is cheating on him without being caught up and sooner he will lose his wife," Jack kept whispering her as he showed his smirk to Sarah. Meanwhile, she restrained her voice and looked at me standing in front of the sofa in panic.
"Ask him to get it, or should I go get it?" Jack looked at me provocatively and asked Sarah to continue what they were doing.
"Honey, I’m glad you are finally home. Anyway, I cannot sleep because my throat hurts a bit. Could you please get me the box of cold medicine on the coffee table?" After a while of hesitation, Sarah decided to follow Jack's wishes.
I looked at Sarah who was in a pale. Little did I know, her face was flushed from a moment and her eyes were blurred. However, he hugged the man tightly and was reluctant to let go.
I tried my best to control my emotions as I clenched my hands, but I still walked to the coffee table. I glanced at the so-called "cold medicine" on the coffee table with a wry smile. It was obviously a condom.
Sarah asked me to give them condoms while I pretended to be blind. I groped the coffee table and picked up the box.
"Why did you catch a cold? Is it serious?" I tried to say the question even my throat felt like burnt. My voice was trembling, but luckily, she couldn't hear it.
"Say it to him that you need it to get to sleep in satisfaction," Jack whispered her ambiguously that it constantly made her glare at him in anger.
Sarah signalled him to stop with her eyes and took the box from my hand. "You would better rest too, honey. I will sleep in the guest room tonight. I don’t want you to be affected."
Hearing that, Jack lifted her up and walked towards the guest room silently.
After they left, my nose was sore and the corners of my eyes turned red. Although I had decided to leave and let her go, I still couldn't help feeling heartbroken. Sarah had vowed that she would never lie to me or betray me in her life, but then she finally broke her promise.
I picked up my phone and called someone, "I will return to Alreighton."
"Are you sure? Remember that once you enter, you can never leave. You will be isolated from the world. Can you bear to leave Sarah?" the man asked carefully.
"Yes. She died for me," I answered it without any hesitation.
Gerrard Loyd was stunned for a moment but he finally took a breath, "Fine, be here in a week."
