I was sitting on my bed, relaxing when all of a sudden, the usual warder walked into my section. Everyone got up and adjust themselves while some were shivering. I looked at them, shook my head and smiled a little. Well, I'm no longer afraid of anything. There's nothing I'm going to go through now that I haven't been in the past. 

How? I was accused of my mother's death. I was deceived by my own man and he ran off with all of my father's wealth. His hard earned money, he took away all of it and ran off with it. My sister abandoned me. I didn't blame her though, I hated myself for betraying my family so, who am I to judge her for hating me because I was the reason for my mom's death. 

If I was to be in her shoes, I'm positive, I might do more than she's done. 

"Chloe, get up and follow me." The warder ordered. 

"Follow you to where? At least, tell me where you're taking me to this time around?." I boldly asked her. 

Did I forget to tell you I had no idea where they brought me to after the court judgement years back. I was taken to some kind of weird place. Beaten up almost every day with scary people around me. Forced to drink dirty water, wash, clean, get beaten up and of course... Fighting with unknown random people almost everyday. These people keep on showing their faces to me, would intentionally look for my trouble, gang up on me and beat me up, blame me for it and the owner in charge of this hell would punish only me instead. 

Now, I have nothing else to loose. I've lost a lot of things in my life... No! The truth is, I've lost my life completely. It's meaningless to me. I'm no longer the vibrant, cheerful and playful Chloe in the past. I'm now someone else's in form of old Chloe Montclair. 

"Will you shut up your dirty mouth and follow me right this minute. I'm sure, you do not wish to land in another trouble this time around?." She threatened me as she smirk. 

Fool! Does she thinks, I'm still scared of her? It's been 3 years and some months now. I'm used to everything or, whatever comes my way. 

"I'm sorry to disappoint you but, I'm not moving an inch from here if you do not tell me where exactly you're taking me to." I said with finality laced in my tone. 

I'm done with them walking over me. I don't care whoever she's. 

"Chloe... Are you crazy?! Just do as she's asked you to." My only friend who has always got my back ever since I've been here whispered to my ear. The only difference between she and I is, she allow people walk over her... She's always scared and does whatever she's been asked to while me on the other hand, has always been stubborn. Get beaten up severally before I successfully listened. 

"Chloe, please. I hate seeing those mark on your body. I don't want to treat you again, it's getting annoying day by day." She hissed at me as she eye me. 

I look at her for a while and sighed. I was just about to do as she's asked me to when the warder almost landed her hand on my face. I was too quick to stop her as I hold her hand tightly. "Bitch! Let's... go of... me." She said through gritted teeth. Everyone in the room widened their eyes in horror. 

Yes, I know they're all thinking if I've grown two heads. I'm tired of this frustrated woman taking out all of her anger on us. She's crossing the line and I'm getting sick and tired of her. I wish, I can just puke out those big eyes of hers out of their socket and feed it to the dog. That's what she deserve. 

She tried so hard to get her hand out of my tight grip but, I was too tight in her. I'm not ready to let her go. "Chloe, what do you think you're doing?! Are you asking for death right now?." Christiana said and everyone in the room chimed in with her. The people in my section has been like a sister to me. Most of us here, were brought in here for the sins we've not even committed. Some were framed and some, were accused of things they've not done. 

"Yes! Yes!! Yes!!! I'm asking for death!" I bursted as I yank the warder hand off roughly.  "I don't care anymore! I do not care if I end up dying or live! I'm sick and tired of all this bullshit! For goodness sake, we're humans too, how could we be treated like a piece of trash?." I bursted out angrily and they all keep mum. Of course, no one could say anything because they know I'm saying the truth. 

"I see, you're out of your mind." She said and slapped me so hard across my face. I swear, I wasn't seeing that coming. 

Without thinking twice, I slapped her back across her face. I do not care anymore! It's better they kill me here than to keep getting this insult!! 

"You bitch!" She tried to slap me again but a masculine voice stopped her. 

"That's enough!!" The voice said. 

I swear, I do not know what I'm feeling right now. I widened my two eyes out of shock. Right in front of me, standing is the most handsome man I've ever lay my eyes on. But wait a minute, why do I have this feeling that I know him from somewhere? 

Do I? 

He walks slowly towards where we're both standing with Juliana right beside me and scans my whole body for some seconds.

Okay, what's he doing?

"I think, I've chosen the right person." He said in a proud tone. 

Right person? What's he talking about? 

He turns slowly and faces Juliana. "I... Never knew this is how you treat people in here? Are they some kinda piece of trash to you? Or, should I also make you one of them for a month and sees how it feels to be treated like a piece of shit?." He asked her. 

"I... I'm... I'm sorry, sir." She apologized as she stuttered. 

Christiana and I looked at each other and secretly chuckled. If I was told, that there would be someone who can put her in her place then, I would have denied it. 

"Well, I have no business with you. I think, I've gotten what brought me here. You..." He said as he pointed his index finger at me. "Follow me." He ordered in a bossy tone. He turned around to leave and he expects me to follow right behind him? 

Never! That's never going to happen. 

"I'm taking no step away from here if you do not tell me where you're taking me to? And, who are you? You can't just barge in here and order me to follow you like a lost puppy and you expect me to do just that." 

"Are you crazy?! Do you know who you're talking to? That's the pr-" Juliana was saying but she was cut off by him. 

"No! That's enough." He stopped her. "Ms. Chloe Montclair. Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Montclair and the only sister too, Janet Montclair. The fiancee to the motherfucker Sebastian Diego whom you decide to steal from your mo-" He stopped in his mid-sentence, scratch the nape of his neck and sighed. I stood there with my eyes widened open. 

H... Ho... How did he... How did he know that I stole from mom? And, how did he know about Sebastian? No one does. Not even the judge on my case then, who the hell is he? 

"Who are you?." 

"You want to know who I am? You get your sexy ass now and follow me. Who knows, I might be here to help you." He said and walk away with Juliana. 

"What are you doing, you crazy girl?! Hurry and follow him now!!" Christiana said in a worried tone as she tried to push me to follow them. 

"But I don't kn-"

"We can talk about that later on, but for now... Just go with him and hear what he has to say. He might truly be here to save you, who knows." She encourages. Christiana has been my best friend here. She knows all of my secrets even the ones while I was a kid. There's nothing about me hidden fr her. We've grown bond and she's more than a friend to me. She's like a sister to me. 

"I'll be right back." I told her and left.
