Chapter 1 of First-Class Betrayal I Called Off the Wedding
My dad called me when I was at NSSA and asked me to go back to my hometown for a blind date.
The other party has good conditions in all aspects. Not only is he good-looking, he is also a well-known local entrepreneur.
Before I left, my boss specifically told the airline to keep my identity confidential.
I boarded the plane at the agreed time, found my seat and was about to sit down when I was suddenly pushed from behind.
Before I could react, the other party arrogantly took out a stack of banknotes.
"I want this seat, take the money and get out of here."
I suppressed my anger and retorted: "This is clearly the seat I reserved in advance, why are you kicking me out?"
Faced with my questioning, the other party was full of disdain.
"Why?"
"Just because I'm Mr. Kingsley's personal secretary, in Baycrest City, even a bird flying in the sky has to have the last name Wang, you know!"
I was stunned for a few seconds, then took out my cell phone and called my fiancée.
"I heard from someone in your company that you, The Grants, are all-powerful in Baycrest City. Is that true?"
If it weren't for my dad, I wouldn't even bother to make this call.
If someone steals my exclusive seat, it’s not just a matter of money.
If the other party is willing to admit his mistake, I can turn a blind eye.
"I'm very busy, please speak quickly if you have anything to say."
On the phone, the blind date's tone was very impatient.
"Mr. Kingsley, I think you should ask your personal secretary what she wants to do?"
I was about to hand over the phone when the call was hung up.
I was stunned on the spot.
Do all rich people have this temper?
Seeing this scene, the woman who stole my seat almost laughed her face off.
"Oh my, I thought you were so great, but I didn't expect that Mr.Kingsley was too lazy to even answer your call."
Seeing that I was only in my early twenties and dressed very simply, the other party didn't take me seriously at all.
"Ma'am, are you still being reasonable?"
"It was you who stole my seat, and I haven't bothered you yet. Why are you mocking me?"
As I said this, I pointed to the flight attendant not far away.
"There are police on the plane too. If you continue to act unreasonably, believe it or not, I will call the police now!"
When the other party heard that I wanted to call the police, he became even more aggressive.
"Little bitch, I advise you to save your energy."
"Even this airline is owned by Group Family. Do you think anyone will help you?"
She became more and more excited as she spoke, and her saliva sprayed directly into my face.
I clenched my fists and subconsciously took a step back.
"You keep mentioning the King and Group Family. So I want to ask, what is your relationship with Group Family?"
As soon as I finished speaking, the other party pushed me hard.
"What's my relationship with Group Family? It's none of your business. Get out of here!"
"If you don't leave now, I won't let you get off the plane!"
I have been staying in the unit these years and have very little contact with the local people. I have no idea how to communicate with this kind of shrew.
Seeing the other party's arrogant attitude, my anger level also rose rapidly.
"It's fine that you took my seat, but now you're threatening me. Do you think you're the emperor?"
As soon as the words fell, the passengers on the plane exclaimed in surprise.
"Fuck, this little girl is so bold that she even dares to scold Scarlett. She is simply courting death!"
"It's just a seat. It won't hurt you to give it up. If you really offend the other party, you will be the one who suffers."
"Ah...it's her bad luck. She had to meet Scarlett Vance, who is a big celebrity around Mr. Kingsley!"
