My wife, Lindsay Cyrus and I were getting ready to leave for a trip to celebrate the first night of our first wedding anniversary. I was excited to pack my bags.

After Lindsay answered a phone call, the look on her face suddenly turned grave.

"Honey, don't pack yet." She sighed.

"If I want your bone marrow, will you give it?"
