When Love Through the Years Were Just in Vain

When he came out again, he had changed into a decent shirt.

Kevin took a note and patiently explained to her. Their voices gradually became smaller. They were soon covered by the sound of the hair dryer.

When I came out, Lucy was also covered in moisture. The hem of her skirt seemed to be wet by the rain. Even the broken hair on her forehead was wet.

Kevin stood in front of the window, blowing his hair calmly. Water drops fell from his hair to the ground.

"Let's eat." Kevin hummed and went to the kitchen to fetch the dishes.

I wiped the water on the ground.

Lucy jumped up, "Mrs. Zuckerberg, can I help you?"

She smiled and snatched the mop from my hand, bent down and mopped the floor hard.

The temperature in the room was indeed hot and Lucy had two buttons on her collar unbuttoned. She bent over, her short skirt lifted up and swayed against her hips from time to time.

Kevin came out with a plate and glanced at it.

His Adam's apple rolled slightly, "Let's eat."

"Here I am!" Lucy stood up with sweat all over her head.

I took her mop as I said, "You don't know where to put it, give it to me."

I took the things and put them back where they were. The strange thing was. This mop had been used for four years and was is still in its original state. But this time it couldn’t be inserted into the bucket. I just used a little force and the bucket broke.

"You've used this mop for four years, right? It's time to change it." Kevin walked towards me, still smelling a faint smell of shower gel.

He pushed me back twice and I took two steps back.

In a trance, I saw five finger marks on the floor-to-ceiling window of the balcony. The palm was not big, but small and powerful. Even the shape of the five fingers was distorted.

"Isn't it fixed?"

"Mrs. Zuckerberg, a mop can be used for four years. What brand is it? I'll buy one to try."

Kevin pulled out the chair and I sat down naturally.

"If you like it, I'll send it to you."

"Okay! Mrs. Zuckerberg, your fried mutton is really delicious!" Lucy smiled sweetly and scooped up two more chopsticks.

There were a few drops of oil on the edge of my mouth. I lowered my head to eat and Kevin, who always hated the smell of mutton, also stretched his chopsticks to the plate of mutton.

He seemed to think it tasted good and ate several mouthfuls in a row. One mouthful after another. Finally, his face changed and he ran to the bathroom to vomit.

I put down my chopsticks, slowly picked up the water on the table and went to the bathroom.

The always arrogant man panicked when he saw someone coming.

"It's me," I said.

He let go of the hand that was pressing the door.

I handed him the water. I patted his back slowly.

"If you can't eat that, then just don't eat."

He didn't say anything, stood up with the help of the sink and went out.

When I returned to the dining table, Lucy kept looking down at her phone.

"When you are full, go down the table and play."

Lucy raised her head and immediately took the chopsticks to eat. "Oh, isn't this Jackie doing data comparison for me?"

I thought he wouldn't answer it again.

But a light voice followed. "Then why did you come to me today?"

Kevin lowered his head to eat and his indifference seemed to be no different.

"Mrs. Zuckerberg, look at how fierce Professor Zuckerberg is. You should take care of him."

Kevin raised his head and Lucy made a face and ran away. "I'm full!"

I put down my bowl and chopsticks and Kevin looked at the half bowl of rice in my bowl and asked. "Are you full?"

"Not that hungry." He took the last bite of rice and went to the kitchen with the bowl and chopsticks.
