Trista's POV
I forced myself to stay calm and slapped Shaun across the face, loud enough to draw everyone’s attention.
“You really are disgusting, Shaun,” I spat. “How can a monster like you even exist in this world? You’ll get what’s coming to you.”
His face twisted with anger as he grabbed me by the throat and slammed me to the ground.
“When are you going to drop that spoiled little princess act?” he hissed. “You still think you’re better than everyone? Even now?”
He then started yanking at the blanket I had wrapped around me, trying to tear it off.
The others around us began to cheer like animals.
“Rip it off!”
“Come on, do it! Let’s see!”
He managed to pull the blanket away, exposing my shoulders, then reached for the two pieces of cloth covering my chest.
Their cheers grew louder, more vicious.
“Damn, this is wild!”
“Get your phones! Record it!”
I saw cameras pointing at me. At that moment, I truly wished for the earth to just swallow me down.
But before I was fully exposed, someone threw the blanket back over me and shouted, “Stop!”
It was Toby, his voice firm, commanding.
Surprisingly, Shaun froze, then let go of me.
Toby then stepped forward and coldly said, “We’re playing a game, and games have rules. If you’re gonna strip her, then you strip too.”
Shaun glared at him and snapped back, “Who the hell do you think you are? Why should I have to strip?”
Toby didn’t flinch. He just looked at him and said coolly, “Well, you don’t have to.”
Then he picked up the dice and rolled.
Shaun was clearly furious as the veins at his neck were now bulging. Yet, he didn’t dare fight back.
Everyone knew Toby was a med student. A top one. If anyone here had brought poison, it’d be him. With just a small dose, he could kill everyone in this place without leaving a trace. And knowing his personality, he definitely came prepared.
So maybe that poison could be my weapon to end this sick game for good.
Toby rolled a five and landed on a square that said, [Kiss the person to your left.]
And that person was me.
I stared at him in horror. Kissing this demon? I’d rather die.
I shook my head and protested, “No. I’m not doing it.”
The jock and the chubby guy immediately started laughing and jeering.
“Oooh, Toby, she’s rejecting you!”
Toby’s expression darkened. “Am I that repulsive?”
I looked him dead in the eye and said, “Yes. Every single one of you disgusts me.”
He smiled coldly, then grabbed a handful of my hair and slapped my cheek with mock affection. “I guess I didn’t give you enough.”
He pulled out a small bottle from his pocket, pinched my chin, and said, “This one’s twenty times stronger. After this, you’ll be begging me to sleep with you.”
The room went dead silent.
I tried desperately to make myself throw up, jabbing my fingers down my throat, but Toby clamped his hand around my neck, stopping me.
“Game’s not over,” he said calmly.
The chubby guy looked over at him eagerly. “Toby, when you’re done with her, can I have a turn?”
Toby nodded. “Of course. Sluts like this should be shared.”
Just then, I saw a light in the distance.
I turned to Toby and asked, “Do you have more of that stuff?”
Grinning, he replied, “What, can’t get enough? Yeah, there’s plenty more.”
“No,” I answered. “It’s for you. For all of you.”
I stood up, voice steady. “Since you like playing so much, how about we livestream it? Let the whole country see what you all look like when drugs hit. This mountain belongs to my family. And right now, you’re the rats in the trap.”
