“Hey Miss Wellington…” I approached the side chick of my husband and confronted her. I was taken aback when she looked pale and weak, making me wonder what was wrong. “Wait, is there something wrong? Do you want me to guide you to the clinic?”
Trisha batted an eye towards me, making me move away a little.
“What did I do?” I asked. “Why are you looking like I did something?” She tightened her grip on her bag and looked around.
“I have no idea why you are acting all so nice to me even if you discovered that I was your husband’s other woman…” she sighed and gulped. “Either way, thank you, but I can handle myself. What do you need by the way?”
“Ah, I was wondering if you were the one who gave me a lunch box earlier,” I whispered. “The note didn’t state a name, that’s why I was just wondering who gave it.”
“Don’t you think it is your husband?” she replied. “I mean, what’s the content of the note, though?”
“I am pretty sure it was not him,” I assured her and sighed. “And besid—Trisha!”
I froze for a while when I saw the young lady fall to the ground. Even if I hated all her actions, I still chose to deliver her to the nearest hospital, since the clinic was already close.
I almost melted to the ground when I heard what the doctor uttered.
“Congrats, you are pregnant!” Trisha immediately glances at me, waiting for how I might react.
“That’s a relief. I thought something happened to her.” I responded while stopping my tears from falling. “Thank you, doc.”
As soon as the doctor left, there was a deafening silence between us. Perhaps, she didn’t expect this to happen.
“Perhaps you didn’t use a condom?” I whispered.
“I told him to use, but it seemed that he didn’t..” she closed her eyes and touched her cheeks. “What should I do now? I can’t believe I am literally asking the wife of the person who fucked me up…”
“Well, it is your decision..” I told her and stood up. I can see her flinch, making me narrow my eyes. “Why?”
“Nothing, I just thought you were going to hurt me…” she looked down. “I mean, I would understand it, after everything I did.” I picked up my bag and began walking away from the room. As soon as I got out, I couldn’t help but break down.
I have no idea what to do, and I have no idea what might happen after this. It is not allowed for werewolves to have a baby with anyone except their mate. Things might turn out for the worse, and I might be the one to be affected the most.
“I think I am going crazy…” I whispered to myself and closed my eyes. “Maybe if I stopped their relationship earlier, they wouldn’t be able to make a baby.”

“So, you have an admirer, huh?” I turned off the television and got up, as soon as someone greeted me. “Trisha told me someone gave you lunch earlier, you must be happy.”
When I faced him, he immediately pushed me to the wall and was about to kiss me, but I immediately slapped him, making him move away.
“Why? Are you now fucking someone else, that’s why you are avoiding my kisses?” he whispered. “Is this how you take revenge? Do you think I am threatened? At the end of the day, this is still your home, and you can’t do anything about it.”
“Congratulations!” I smiled. “You will be a dad!”
His eyes widened and he touched his mouth. He began jumping, and screaming as if he had won the lottery. He carried me and started turning me around. I can see so much happiness inside his eyes, not until…
“But I am not the mother.” the smile on his face disappeared. “It’s Trisha’s..”
He put me down and massaged his forehead.
“What? When did she tell you?” he whispered. “She didn’t tell me..”
“You impregnated someone who is not your fucking mate!” I shouted. “Do you know what might be the consequence?! We might get hurt!”
“Why are you jumping to conclusions?” he nervously responded. “I could just tell her to abor–”
I slapped his face. It is easy for him to open his legs and bounce on somebody, but he doesn’t have the guts to be a responsible man.
“Do you even think what she might feel? Why are you always using your head below?!”
“Then, what should I do?” he shouted. “Do you think it would be better if I make her my mate?”
“Huh? But you already have me?” I slowly lowered my voice, as soon as I realized what he was planning. “Wait..what are you trying to do?”
“After all, we are all gonna die, right?” his amber eyes start to appear, making me shiver in fear. “Don’t you think it would be easier if we end your life right now? So you won’t see everything we are about to do?”
He took out his long and sharp claws, and the next thing I knew, I would see pitch black.
