Dear Ex-Boyfriend, Please Stop Pestering Me

The caption was very simple, just a few words, “After all the twists and turns, it's still you. Please give me your guidance for the rest of my life.”

Within half a minute, a user with an account name I know liked the post, commenting, “My honey, please give me your guidance for the rest of my life.”

It was Juan.

I pursed my lips and secretly gave a thumbs up.

Under his review, one person commented, “Congratulations.”

Congratulations, you have found the love you wished for.

Perhaps Juan was too happy to have won the beauty and did not realize that it was my account.

He subconsciously replied, “Thank you.”

But when I saw the message and clicked on it, I found that the comment had been deleted.

I could not help but shake my head.

Juan, your attempt to cover up your mistakes was really clumsy.

Not long after, he sent me a message, pretending that what happened just then had not happened, saying, [I have been busy with work recently and have no time to accompany you. When I am free, I will accompany you to travel.]

I did not respond to his message, neither did him.

As the wedding date approached, Juan finally remembered to ask me about the wedding.

He messaged me, [The wedding banquet has been arranged, but why are there no wedding photos?]

I replied without hesitation, [I will have someone arrange everything for the wedding day, so you don't have to worry about this.]

As I said that, I transferred some money to him and told him, “Juan, please arrange the best MC for this wedding and hire a few powerful bodyguards. I don't want anything to happen on the wedding day.”

He seemed unhappy about my transferring the money. He did not even reply to the message.

Until the wedding day.

I met my future husband whom I had never met before.

The first time I saw him, my eyes widened.

The person who came was none other than my senior who had pursued me in college.

When he saw me, the smile in his eyes deepened a little and he extended his hand like a gentleman and whispered, “Clara, long time no see.”

I reacted quickly, put my hand on his palm and said with the same smile, “It’s been a long time, Harvey.”

As our eyes met each other, my nervousness quickly calmed down.

From picking up the bride from home to going to the hotel and on the eve of the wedding banquet, everything went smoothly.

Until the wedding banquet began, I walked slowly from the hall door wearing a gorgeous wedding dress and holding my father's hand.

Juan was sitting in the audience, stood up and stared at me with bloodshot eyes.

He shouted, “Clara, why is it you? Get down here.”
