Betrayed by Two Alphas, Became Luna of the Strongest Pack

Caleb gasped, quickly cutting off the communication link. His eyes widened in surprise at the sight of Aveline.

“Aveline… I never meant to hurt you. They are the ones who are evil. I came here to take you home!”

“Do you like Rose too?” The bitterness on Aveline’s face turned into a bitter laugh. “The two people I gave my heart to completely, it turns out they both love Rose. How funny. I’m just a little game for you two.”

Caleb tried to approach, but his steps halted when Logan appeared from the other side. Roughly, Logan pulled Aveline to his side.

“You never tire of causing trouble, Aveline? No regrets and no apologies from you for Rose. The guards said you escaped. ” His voice was cold, his eyes piercing. “Tomorrow is my birthday. That’s why I’m being kind: you don’t have to stay in the mental hospital anymore.”

Logan left no room for resistance. With his strength, he dragged Aveline into the car. Caleb, who tried to follow, was immediately blocked by the Darkvenom guards.

“Tomorrow morning you’ll be taken to the hospital. Prepare yourself. There’s no reason to refuse; Rose needs your bone marrow,” he said flatly, coldly.

Aveline remained silent. Her entire body felt numb. But they truly didn’t care about her health.

At the pack’s house before bedtime, Aveline overheard her father and mother’s conversation.

“What if Aveline refuses the donor?” Emma’s voice was low and slightly fearful.

“She has no one in this world, no family or friends,” John replied calmly. “She won’t be able to run away.”

“You’re right. How lucky we are to have picked her up to use.”

Aveline clenched her fists tightly. She glared at the two wolves she had once considered her parents with hatred. They were truly evil.

But they were wrong.

In her mind, Aveline had already figured out how her plan could work perfectly. Aveline returned to her room and pressed the black crystal on her necklace.

“I can’t wait for Logan’s birthday tomorrow,” she whispered softly but determinedly. “I swear that before they can celebrate, before they touch my marrow, I will leave this hell forever.”

A deep voice immediately greeted her. “All the plans are secure, Aveline. I will take you away from those cursed wolves tomorrow.”

The next day, Aveline was immediately taken to the hospital. Her father and mother spoke to her before she entered the operating room.

“After this… we will consider you our own child. Do it for Rose,” said Emma hopefully, wearing a false mask.

Aveline was too lazy to answer. But they all thought she was completely resigned.

When John and Emma went to see Rose, Logan stared at her intently. “After this, after my birthday, I promise we’ll get married and be happy together.” His fingers gently caressed Aveline’s cheek, contrasting with his cruelty the night before. “The doctor told you to go in, you’ve been given time to relax for a moment before the operation, okay?”

Logan pushed open the operating room door and let Aveline enter. His heart felt relieved—as if all his problems would soon be over. He immediately went to Rose’s room to watch over her.

But inside, Aveline laughed coldly. Instead of lying on the bed, she opened the window. Her loose white hospital gown fluttered in the wind. Her heart was pounding—not because she was afraid, but because her blood was boiling with vengeance.

Below, the golden-eyed wolf stood waiting. Regan. Tall, sturdy, like a faithful shadow of death.

“Everything is ready. Let’s go.”

Aveline nodded. “You’re right on time.”

“Hold me tight. Don’t look back.”

With one long breath, Aveline jumped. Her body fell—but was immediately caught by Regan’s strong back.

Thirty minutes passed.

Logan walked down the hospital corridor with light steps. A satisfied smile curved his lips. He imagined his birthday night: Rose safe, Aveline subdued, and himself… having everything.

But when he opened the operating room door, his steps faltered. His smile vanished.

Empty.

A sterile bed without a body. The curtains fluttered in the breeze. The window was wide open.

Logan’s blood ran cold. “Aveline…” His jaw tightened, the veins in his temples bulging.

He turned quickly, stomping out of the room. But at the corner of the corridor, his body collided violently with someone—Caleb.

“Aveline! Where’s Aveline?!” Caleb grabbed his collar with red eyes, looking almost crazy.

Logan pushed him roughly. “I should be the one asking that! You’re the one hiding her, aren’t you?”

Caleb hissed, his tone full of restrained anger. “Don’t be stupid! I came here because I heard crazy rumors about the donor. You’ve drained almost her entire life for Rose, we should stop hurting her!”

“Shut up.” Logan’s eyes flashed with menace. “She has to do it for Rose. This is the last time!”

“No!” Caleb yelled, his voice trembling. “I’ve regretted it and I won’t let you touch her again! Let her go and cancel the donor! We’ve tortured her enough!”

The tension in the air was so thick it could almost turn into a bloody duel.

But before they could move, a Darkvenom guard wolf came rushing in.

“Alpha!” He was breathing heavily, his face pale. “We… we found Aveline’s body.”
