Adrian had also cursed me in private, calling me a bitch who had been used by others. He only thought that Nancy liked being around crowds and enjoyed excitement even more. He was still talking when a voice came from behind him.

Marcel saw me behind Adrian, but I noticed that his face suddenly changed.

Adrian quickly stopped him.
"Hannah has realized her mistake. She promised to give the necklace and ring to Nancy as an apology and she’s also giving her parents’ research materials."
Marcel’s face softened a little after hearing that.

Adrian didn’t say anything, but he clearly agreed with Marcel’s words.
