After Becoming My Boyfriend's Aunt, I Kicked Him Out of The Family Tree

I admired the pink heart diamonds between my fingers and refused to even look at them.

When Francis heard that, his face turned pale instantly.

After six years of dating, I know that he cares most about others exposing his identity as an illegitimate child.

Sure enough, he could no longer control his temper.

“Selma, you are a mistress yourself, why do you involve me?

“Besides, I have already checked your travel itinerary and it is exactly the same as my father's recent trip. You stayed at the Travis Family's old house last night.

“If you didn't hook up with my dad, who else could it be.”

Francis suppressed his anger and trusted his intuition very much.

It was only then that I remembered that Francis's father had been on business trips with us these days.

Plus, their wedding dates were set on the same day as mine.

So, misunderstandings were understandable.

But he did not wait for me to explain.

Anne, who was standing by, came up and snatched the pink heart diamond ring from my hand.

The sharp nails scratched a bloody mark on the back of my hand.

“How can a bitch like you be worthy of this diamond ring? You just hooked up with Francis’ father for money, unlike me and Francis that are truly in love and loyal to each other.”

Looking at the marks on the back of my hand, beads of blood were oozing out, I frowned slightly.

I suddenly felt that it would be a waste of time to explain to such a person.

“Anne, don't you like this pink diamond? Now that you have it in your hand, let's buy it today.

“After all, some people only wear can buttons throughout their lives.”

Francis's eyes swept over my fingertips and he pretended to be cool, put his arm around Anne and went to the front desk to pay the bill.

But he became embarrassed when she swiped the card.

“Sir, your card has been blocked.”

Francis frowned and took out another card from his wallet. The result was still same.

Anne felt a little embarrassed, although she did not know what was going on. But still, the eyes of people around her made her feel ashamed.

She pulled Francis's sleeve and tiptoed out of the store, wanting to slip away quickly. “Francis, is there something wrong with the bank? Otherwise, let's go to other stores.”

Francis's knuckles turned white and he did not understand what was going on for a moment.

The rich young man, who usually had to import even a bottle of water from abroad, felt for the first time the constraints of being penniless.

I raised my eyebrows and blocked their way. “Aren't you loyal? How come you can't even afford a 50,000 dollars ring? It seems that our Mr. Travis's love is really worthless.”

I took out the supplementary card that Isaac gave me and waved it in front of the two of them.

Then I said, "For a ring worth $50,000, it’d be wiser to hand it over to me, your elder, don’t you think? After all, we wouldn’t want to tarnish the Travis Family name, would we?"

Francis's eyes were as cold as ice, staring at me intently. It seemed as if a violent storm was about to blow in those black eyes.

“It was you who asked that old man to freeze my bank card.”

Old man?

The handsome face of Isaac popped up in my mind.

I curled the corners of my lips and smiled. “I guess so.”

“Good, very good.” Francis clenched his fists in anger and a layer of paleness appeared between his knuckles.

He turned around, took out his phone and called his group of friends.

“Hey, Mr. Travis, how come you have time to call me? Ever since that guy left, you've been staying at home drunk every day. Now that you've come to your senses, are you willing to come out and hang out with us?” Nathan Clements teased.

Francis's eyes darkened. “Stop talking nonsense. Transfer 50,000 dollars to me. I need it urgently.”
